Quotations

All quotations by Floors In Wood are subject to acceptance within 28 days.
Floors In Wood reserves the right to withdraw a quotation at any time before
it has been accepted by the customer.
Verbal quotations for stock availability are correct at the time given by
Floors In Wood, but unless confirmation of an order by the customer is given
immediately, Floors In Wood cannot guarantee stock availability.

Delivery

Deliveries to UK mainland only.
Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases if the delivery address
is offshore e.g the Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney
and Northern Ireland.
Deliveries are made to the 'kerb side' only. So please arrange for extra
assistance at the time of delivery as items can be heavy.
When delivering to site the courier company can refuse delivery in absence
of a signature for receipt from authorised persons as proof of delivery.
If a delivery is refused, or nobody accepts the delivery, you the customer
will be liable for additional costs incurred.
Deliveries are made from 8am-6pm. We cannot make a courier contact you to
advise delivery times, we can only request this.
Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery. Please inspect for visible
damage. This must be noted in the couriers paperwork. No claims can be made
for damaged or missing items after the courier has left the delivery
address.
We advise you book your installers after you have received your goods. No
liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any
reason.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on wood orders over £600.00 ex VAT.
Free delivery on laminate orders over £350.00 ex VAT.
For all wood orders under £600.00 ex VAT will incur a £90.00 ex VAT per
delivery charge. All laminate orders under £350.00 ex VAT will incur a
£50.00 ex VAT per delivery charge.
You can order samples (maximum of 3) for £5.00 ex VAT. But if you buy your
wood/laminate from Floors In Wood we will happily deduct the cost of the
sample from the total cost of your full order.

Payment

Payments can be made by Credit or Debit cards. If you wish to pay by cheque
this will take 7 working days to clear, once your cheque has cleared we will
arrange for your goods to be delivered to you.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your items and wish to return them,
you must return your full order unopened in the original packaging via your
chosen courier. Items must be returned within 7 days. For all returns except
faulty or damaged items you will be required to pay for the return carriage.
A 30% re-stocking levy will also be charged. A refund will be given minus
the stocking charge. Customer used or damaged items can not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know as soon as possible as
your order will be dispatched very quickly. If your order has already left
the returns conditions will apply.

General

Before purchasing from Floors In Wood we recommend viewing the product in
person i.e in our own showroom, a local shop near you or by a sample. This
is because by looking at each product by computer, brochure or picture can
be slightly different to the real thing. All information at time of ordering
is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
